The Produce Alliance Foundation (the “Foundation”) is composed of both monetary efforts and/or supplies donated to a collective foundation for purpose of contributing to selected charitable and time sensitive causes. The activities of the Foundation are responsive to real time current events requiring a response; at times, the Foundation is dormant when there are no emergent issues that are appropriate for its support.
